Of Life And Of Nature There's So Much To Say Poem by Francis Duggan

Of Life And Of Nature There's So Much To Say

Of life and of Nature there's so much to say
And so good to be alive on a day like today
Nice and warm with a high of 25 degrees
And the nesting birds singing on the sunlit trees
Everywhere lush and green after the recent showers
And the capeweed in bloom in their bright yellow flowers
The beauty in Nature for all to admire
And of singing her praises could one ever tire
The beauty in Nature to look at is free
And everywhere one looks there's beauty to see
The white butterflies they seem to dance as they fly
And the dark welcome swallows athletes of the sky
Above the green parkland they chirp and they sing
In lovely November the queen of the Spring.
