Of Sentience Poem by Poet Dragon

Of Sentience

We are all of us lonely gods.
Small, lonely gods,
with only two masters
that which we choose,
and that which we lose.

In the image of God we're made.
and like photographs
we learn to fade away,
so that a new image
in our place will play.
