Of Twigs And Trunks
the twigs
promise for leaves
trunks offer twigs
and roots
brag of trunks
leaves tempt for
buds
as buds bribe for
flowers and
the flowers say
they can give the final fruit
what i have is a tree
and this tree gives me hope
for the forest, and the
forest the whole world.
