I heard this again, and enjoyed wondering
what the speaker's god was like.
Was she speaking of her god, their god,
my god, the god, a god, the all the nothing
the beginning and the end and all in between?
What if her god isn't as loving as my god,
who wins? What if hers is a destroyer
and mine only creates?
Do I have to believe in somebody's god?
I see God all the time and it's not
the one out there, He's in the kingdom
or the kingdom within
Who owns the king's domain?
Are ye not a temple,
a temple for what?
Created by the hands of man?
