Oh, New York Poem by Elizabeth Gaytan

Oh, New York

Oh! New York, how I wish
you were still here.

Oh! New York, how much
I'm missing you with these tears.

From that New York talk,
to that New York walk.
Missing that New York love.

Eventhough, you were just for fun,
I couldn't help falling for that New York heart.

I wish you were here, so I can heal your hurt.
Wipe away your pain and show you more.

I wish you knew how much it hurts,
to have fallen for that New York voice.
