On Behalf Of Your Friends Poem by Terence George Craddock (Spectral Images and Images Of Light)

On Behalf Of Your Friends

Rating: 5.0

I've been where you are
I've felt what your feeling
heavy heart wounding.
Silent words screaming.
But my pain
is not equal to yours.
Know why?
Because you never
lived mine.

You can only live your own.
Which is enough.
No! Too much!
And nothing I can say
will ease it for you.
If there was,
I'd shout it, over
and over again.

And even though
you feel there's no one.
To touch
your thoughts.
See your mind - feel your pain.
Doesn't mean
there isn't anyone
who cares about Terry.
