On Calvary Hill Poem by james watkin

On Calvary Hill

Of this Love, God's godly substance
Did let itself spurt out
As a fount of human suffering
Is what's heard sung about;
Midst parched hearts, world's collective
Edenic hoping renews.
Under harsh wind's curse; and vulture's:
Grinding fate's; death's; subdues.
