On The Corner Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

On The Corner

Rating: 4.5

On the corner

I got it when he said:
- … "Earth breathes."
-I share core and center
-of his past and culture.

This is a proverb:
- "Over is the winter,
-Spring is here, on corner! "

I watch the screen
-observe her scream;
-she almost swallows
-microphone…
-seems python and rabbit.

Wants to let her voice out
-empty her chest with
-message in music…

I clean my tears…
-wipe the eyes,
-they are red.

"Oh, my eyes, disconnect,
-yourselves of heart's fear! "

I say; they don't listen
-are hurt and vigilant
-but no use, all useless!

I have known Mother-Earth
-right from the day of birth.
-Was asleep for winter
-now awake, needs some air
-and needs it good, fresh…

Cannot find…

On the roads, everywhere
-are layers of the salt
-used to melt the snow!

Nature transforming the apparel of the earth with the cycle of seasons in different colors is just enchanting. Progression of the cycle has been beautifully portrayed in this beautifully crafted poem. Thanks for sharing.
