On The Wrong Path. Poem by Tor Magnor Solvang

On The Wrong Path.

The screen glows bright, a world unfurled,
But shadows creep, a troubled world.
Each story told, a heavy sigh,
As dark clouds gather in the sky.

Order drifts, a boat at sea,
Lost in storms, for all to see.
No safe harbor, no sure land,
Just rising waves and shifting sand.

The end feels close, a fading light,
A world we know, lost in the night.
No hand can stop, no will can turn,
The path we walk, where lessons burn.

For life below, a worried plea,
As fate unfolds for you and me.
This path we tread, it feels so wrong,
Where will we go? Where do we belong?

On The Wrong Path.
