Once Upon A Dad Poem by Besma Dziri

Once Upon A Dad

Rating: 4.7

Once, my heart was filled to the brim
Your Love, a light that would never dim.

Once, your holy words I hear each dawn
Your prayer and piety I ever feed on.

Once, my being stood rapt and awed
Your soul, my greatest gift from God.

Once, your tender heart shaped my core
Your spirituality, my precious lore.

Once, a flower I was in your growing land
On your deep roots, I proudly stand.

Once upon a Dad
A beauty I had..
