One By One Poem by Hannington Mumo

One By One

One by one I mean to clinch the crown;
A verse in the morning and a verse in the evening
Till the prize of renown I own,
Will be my business on earth.

I know no life away from the beauty of words,
The only life in the blissful death between the worlds!
