One Dream Poem by Bill Simmons

As I lay in bed again tonight
With you again on my mind
I wonder how my life would be
If you somehow we're only mine

I wonder how it would be
If you came to me one day
I wonder how it would be our first kiss
Would you take my breath away

I wonder what it would be like
Just to hold you in my arms
I wonder what it would be like
To hear the beating of your heart

I wonder all the what if's
But I always end up here
Looking up at my ceiling
Dreaming you are near

And as I lay in bed again
And again I dream of you
I wonder if life will somehow find a way
To make one dream come true.
