I would rather be a rain drop
That drowns in a desert
And die by myself
In the scorching rays
Of an arid earth
Alone within my own world
Then to be a lost rain drop
Falling inside an ocean
Of a billion desperate tears
Clawing and drowning me
in the weight of their suffering
For a drop in a desert
Only dies once
A drop in an ocean
Dies a billion times
That old song lied
One
is not a lonely number
If it buys you
peace of mind
