One More Poem by Julie Neises

One More

Rating: 2.0

One more tomorrow that'll never come
One more time that I'll feel numb
One more lie that will be told
One more time for me to fold
One more night spent awake
One more pill that I will take
One more daughter left to cry
One more person asking why
One more reason to say no
One more way that I can go
One more drink will do just fine
One more taste of turpentine
One more mistake hid way down deep
One more secrect I will keep
One more way that I'll decieve
One more chance to make you leave
One more leap that I must take
One more decision left to make
One less problem on your mind once I'm gone.

The repetition is fine but the last two lines need to rhyme. GW62
