One Suitcase Poem by michael Smajda

One Suitcase

You would be surprised what one suitcase can do
When every thing you own is scattered inside.
And you have resigned yourself to give up the past
And you still have, left, some of your pride.
The suitcase takes you to places unknown
Where more opportunity, to you, will prevail.
But you have to have a traveling suitcase
And be willing to follow suitcase's trail.
