One With The Armor Poem by Sven Rhoads

One With The Armor

On the battlefield that I have be beaten down
Blood flows like a river from my every wound
Fire burning in my eyes looking up from the ground
Tonight the entwined will repel the coming doom

On the winds of the freezing north
I cut through the darkness like a razor
All these demons put their fangs worth
If they want war then I'll do them the favor

Colors of red feed strength in my heart
While the blue will harden my will
As I charge headstrong into the dark
One with the armor, I'll prevail

Into the masses that sit behind my eyes
Expelling the monsters from the depths of my mind
Until all is done there is still an axe to grind
For victory and nothing less
Into the storm that has been heaved on my way
This armor will take on the wrath of the day
Until I look upon the corpse of infernal misery
Scream to the stars, the day is mine

As silence now falls a new star is born
Into the night for eternity
The peace has now come, how I have longed
As I slip into seas of tranquility
