Only beating
No beating
No retreating
But only treating
And elevating
I believe in such love
As I have
Simple heart
That beats
I take each beat
And treat
Its importance
With my love chance
I shall not miss
Morning bliss
But come gently very close
And take signal from your nose
You are relaxing on bed
With roses around and spread
I care less and smell nothing
I only hear your beating
