Only Man; Is Agitated Poem by Rm. Shanmugam Chettiar

Only Man; Is Agitated

Species go extinct;
Languages go extinct;
So do religions.

Rites and customs die;
Names and monuments fall;
Cultures too crumble.

Races go extinct;
Dynasties go extinct;
So do continents.

Plants aren’t bothered.
Animals aren’t bothered.
Man is agitated.
