Only Nattily Poem by Donald R Wolff JR

Only Nattily

Be the day it cometh
Light of life, an aging mystery
Beyond enormous shadows
Rays of light shall reach my dear sweet Nattily

There is a quiet that leads to a special place
Few hearts for love shall ever pray
Where once only sorrow woke the morning
Is now the path of another day

Dear tenderness so lonely
Few have known thy fragrant laughter
For love
Randomly born; Clings for an eternal embrace

Oh gentle sweetness
If a fiery yearning has an empty taste
Then remember mine for thee awaits you
Near to endless, Dreams I make
