As moonlight uncovers
Ye ole mouse takes a scurry
The old owl sees
Yet mouse is quite unafraid

Blue, are mine eyes so pure of heart
Forever will always be loved
If only hereafter, when life passes, ours
Mine love to be mine; Never part

Woe away. oh worried me
My house; My home;
Now in the sea

When the stars up above, they shine
Together, when a darkened night
No Moon is present in the sky
Just alone is, you an I

Love, Nae forever promised
Dream away thy hope concerning precious years
A feeling ever felt, then lonely
May bewitch a wishful yearning, fear

I weep
Not for myself but for all life I see
The flowers, the bears and even the trees
For what I encounter becomes feeling in me

Through childlike hazel eyes I see
A butterfly above, I cannot reach
Warm the air with a gentle breeze
So green the leaves atop of all the trees

Way high in the night they do so ever shine
Make a wish, Then you shall find them;
Turning much more bright

My dearest love, True love, 'Desire'
For mine, for love
This burning fire

Nobody likes me, but I do
Nobody needs me, but I do
To be alone, I am aware
When the days are warm I have me to share

Sometimes, no reason, I ponder why
A trip I'll take within my mind
Amid I seek and there I find
Me- Myself- And here am I

To brighten up a day
Be polite in every way
If you have not a word of praise
Just a smile will simply say

Knowing, is much more than believing
Trusting, is so much like a dare
To wonder is hoping for the moment
Loving, will feed the soul who cares

Blame not the worm dear wasted heart
That which dies has taken place
Though lies deep asleep in shallow water
Awaits a lustful hate

Dearest friends of none forgotten
To thee, who has passed along the way
I await the many sunsets
For the rise of a brand new day

Somewhere within an endless palace
Building webs to catch a mortal prey
Darkness covers the endless hallways
None may pass an eight legs gate

Somehow each day is dreaming
A dream for every day
When was lost and the sweatiest
For whom I pray

Sweet Love, singing of his name
He loves her in a very special way
Time has worn his looks as he has aged
Yet she sings her heart for him;

A Summer of sunshine
Few skies ever gray
For the dearest of darlings
Soon the cold and crisp came

I could hide and not be seen
Fade I may into another dream
Forced by will, or made to believe
Dear me of mine, Unseen

I write poetry as a hobby. I enjoy reading well written rhyme. My poetry has gained popularity online. I modify and use pictures I create from free use files. Some are 100% my work. I often use faces of people I know in my art. Mine is in many. I believe using images enhances poetry. I hope who ever reads my work will find a poem they will favor. Poetry is special. The creators of art are special. It is a gift we writers share with the world. A love we share with each other!)

Moonlight Mouse

As moonlight uncovers
Ye ole mouse takes a scurry
The old owl sees
Yet mouse is quite unafraid
Little known facts are how mouse survives
Old owl won't have Little Mouse' on this day

Mouse now a lion and ever so daring
He encounters a fox along his pathway
The silver toned monster grins at poor mouse
Poor mouse had a smile, and nothing to say

So afraid was the lion who was a small mouse
Ole mouse too afraid to just run away
Fox could hardly believe, how daring, defying
To stare in the face of a mouse ever brave

Here is a mouse so tiny in stature
A morsel to swallow with so little taste
The fox now believing this mouse must be crazy
Turned swishing his tail and left in a haste

The mouse now a Dragon, So bold and so brave
He thought to himself, earnest to say
I may be a mouse, small am I made
To be honest, 'I Mouse; ' Like it this way
