Only nature

You need not create unrest
And try best
To overcome stress
With all kinds of happiness

Human nature is such
That shall not allow reaching
Such stage for inner calm
And cause harm

You need some change
To come out of cage
Wet on some new method
To reduce mental load

Surrender
To nature
Take fresh breathe
And close the teeth

Repeat inhaling
And out haling
That shall take you with deep inside
Mind shall feel freshness and add

There is no medicine
That shall make you feel fine
It is natural surrounding
With bird's and wind's sounding
