Said the judge with OCD,
I frankly must stress that your dress is a mess
And you're taking a liberty!
POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
It was an interesting juxtaposition for me. There was a judge who was not free, whereas the person in the dock was. Stress is a deliberate word as OCD creates anxiety, compared to the carefree nature of the person being judged
