ORGANISATIONAL EXCELLENCE
My friend first create capabilities, then desire
Road to success and road to failure are not alike
First is like climbing the hill, latter is like falling from hill
There is price for every thing, there no free lunch

Logical approach is like walking on known route
Imaginative approach is like flying like falcon
Success is result of collaborate and team efforts
Interdependability is key to success in all walk of life

Successful accomplishment of any goal rests on
Inspired vision, attitude, capability and self confidence
In the context of changing dynamics, goal posts
have to be transient.Excellence has no finishing point

leaders must delegate to his team but no abdication
Nothing ventures nothing gains. A real entrepreneur
Has no safety net except his self confidence
And never lose sight of one's values and believe

Change being inevitable, focus has to be planned change
Reactive change Management style is passage to oblivion
Leaders have to create opportunities and not to seek
People do not object to change, if they know why change

Finally be on guard against corporate self deception
