Origami World - Poem by Theresa Ann Moore

As we explore and become involved
in a world of origami folds
Mountains and valleys form shapes
revealing what future holds

Amazingly each move we make
takes us forward into a hypnotic state
of spirited locomotion hour by hour
Encouraging the compulsion to create

Once success has bloomed and grown
a reassurance encourages a desire
to satisfy the longing to achieve…
three-dimensional thoughts transpire

Lanterns light the way as cranes with
spreading wings take flight magically
Frogs with folded legs spring high
into the air defying gravity naturally
