Oscar Wilde Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Oscar Wilde

Oscar Wilde

Yesterday, and twice
-eagerly, thoughtfully
-carefully…

I listened to work of "Ideas"
-podcast on "Oscar Wilde"
- "His women! "

It wasn't my first time
-to dive in the deep thoughts:
- "Accurate? Is that right? "
- "Or changes time to time? "

I felt that "Bio" too
-is a rolling stone
-keeps rolling in current
-to change with the time's taste
- (following the fashions…)

Look at list of the gays
-from past to today…

"Once taboo and hidden;
-now it is discovered."

They comment and often
-increases names-list
-Tchaikovsky's and others…

Then the list was a seed
-covered with a hard sheathe
-now well-fed and watered
-is blade of grass; and shrub
-of bushes, and trunk
-of tree…

Branches have turned boughs
-as do the hands of child
-that may and can become
-a great champion
-and lift the heavy weights…
