Osman - Poem by Edward Kofi Louis
Fry two eggs for me and,
I will be your lover forever!
For my heart longs for you in the Garden of Osman,
And my love to you is like the dream of the African blood.
I will anchor my ship at Pearl Harbour and,
I will land and walk to you;
For you are my Sunshine and the Highway of my love!
And like a big fish that is caught at Pearl Harbour.
You are like the dream from my homeland and,
Of your nakedness at Kailua Bay!
But with a special message for me to smell your sweet aroma,
And like the Fast-Food Restaurants around your love.
My heart longs for you in the Garden of Osman and,
I will find a better way of meeting you this summer.
