The silence of the night will keep you safe from harm
Here within our arms together in the dark
The winds howls so bitter but I will keep you warm

Close your eyes and rest your head
Let us slip away into the dream

Our passion forever entwined
This immortal love I call mine
With you I finally feel complete
No one else can heal my soul
And pull me out of the deepest hole
Let's drift away in the embrace of sleep

And when the dawn comes before us
I will continue to hold you close
Nowhere else would I rather be
Than in this love we have sown

Let no tears ever fill your eyes
Let no chill fall upon your skin
