poetry is not
bitter, neither is
it work, it
is fun, a game,
and we are children
trying to put
a puzzle together
of pictures and blocks
and some numbers
colored and scented and
beautifully shaped,
and then
we grow up, as
poets still,
we dance and run
wild, going to the
river, crystal clear
and cool,
and we go naked,
free and
happy and we shout
with joy and
jump and
dive and swim
seeing fish and
up there when we
go up from the deep
waters,
we see birds and skies
and clouds and
perhaps also hope and love
and faith and our
humanity....

Poetry is not bitter. When poetry carries positive thought and values, it is very sweeter. Every poet should pen beautiful and sweet poems. This is an excellent penning.
