Violating systems, rules and regulations
Nature never becomes anthropophagous,
But violating systems, rules and acts
Some brutal leaders are doing what not
Neither they are land nor human lovers
To destroy all they are abusing powers,
They should learn much from nature
But unfortunately they are nature ruiners.

Leaders of the day have their own rules. They don't go by the rules set by culture, history or law. Moreover, they have no regrets for any wrong doings. The poet has nicely expressed their character. Thanks. I quote: 'Neither they are land nor human lovers'.
