The world seems hazy
The mind wanders through a maze
Its as if your under the waves
Run from the day, hope it will never catch up
Pop the pills, smoke a joint
Move through the day, out of it anyway

Can't seem to concentrate
Don't notice anyone there
Run from those who care
Pay attention, try not to stare

Be out of it
No one cares
For a day, just be that way
And tomorrow it will be ok
Cause your out of it today
