Anyone known incapable to lead.
Or has acquired an ability,
Of listening to others with intent.
Intensively.
Can not be accused of being,
An ineffective leader.

Those who are ineffective.
Are the ones sitting back.
Giving their approval,
Of incompetence like that to ignore.
Victimizing themselves.
As well as their constituents.
Disbelieving with denying clarity,
A duping to be hoodwinked and tricked.

Although...
Hoping those observing this,
Outside of the inner circle of fools.
To have been chosen and hand picked.
Their portrayal of ignorance that benefits.
Proves.
Does not take intelligence,
To profit from it.
With a loyal that remains.
Even if this means,
Betraying common sense.
And their better to sell sensibilities!
