Own Worst Enemy Poem by Sparky Reynolds

Own Worst Enemy

Rating: 3.8

It's hard to believe yet clear to see,
The best you, that you can be,
you won't become, if your with me.
selfishness suffocates love, into greed.
like a caged bird, with clipped wings,
How high you would fly if I set you free,
soaring with the wind beneath your wings.
Too truly love you is to let go,
This I know,
But how too let go when I love you....
This I don't,
Alone I ponder this predicament Im torn between,
Such is my dilemma that torments me.....
