Pague Poem by ziaeddin torabi

Pague

Rating: 5.0

We tied our horses to the gatesof the city
came to buy some grass

Nobody was there
We looked everywhere in the city
Only but only the fat hairy mice
came out from the houses and the stores
In the streets
the plague had come before us

Hopelessly, we went back
The mice
had eaten our horses
