Pain



Even my shadow
Leaves me alone
At night,
When I switch off
The lights.

But not pain,
It is my constant
Companion.

I wish
I could
Take it off,
Like a shoe
That bites.

very true we cannot take off our pain, it lingers.....the remedy lies in the brain, if we think positive...we can live through our pains...well composed.
