Pains Of Not Being Here Poem by sharon kubeck

Pains Of Not Being Here

Pains of Not Being Here

I wish within my soul and my heart,
That we were never separated never apart!

I miss the beating of your heart, as I lie upon your chest
As I gently lay my head down upon you to rest!

I miss your touch, your smile and your kiss,
Without you there is no heavenly bliss!

How many mountains must I climb to reach you?
The road is long with a narrow point of view!

I feel that my life has no meaning or no place,
Without you here there is an empty space!

I have so much to say to you and share,
How can I speak to you when you are not there?

How can I make you understand I really need you?
When will you come back and turn the skies blue?
