Paint, Quaint! Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

Paint, Quaint!

Small and attractive!
A prayer from a sincere heart;

Big and beautiful!
A prayer from a sincere heart;

The nut,
Pocket, locket, socket!

But, not the hut.

The cut,
Put it out!

For safety,
Because, you can't give out what you don't have.

Haze, daze!
Things are shaping up;

Paint, quaint!
In a quiet neighbourhood;

Living in peace,
With the muse of righteous laws.
