Pandoras Box Poem by Jennifer Smith

Pandoras Box

I have to let go.

So in this box you will be found.

Forever sealed away.

Never to be opened.

Or consequences I must face.

It is breaking.

I am still falling.

But blocked off from the world.

Never to be said again.

I love you's will be forgotten.

Lips will be sealed.

Thoughts will remenice for the last time.

My slate will be wiped clean.

Mind erases the heart.

Pretty packaging.

Devil inside.

Staying broken.

Faults all on my own.

Taking the blame.

Nothing but to be alone.

Hearts duet to come to a closer.

End of my song.

Lyrical mistakes taken place.

Melodey a bliss.

Gone.

Sites on fire.

Rain inside.

Speachless ears.

Mouth left in deff.

Gifts exchanged.

Empty handed.

Window looking out.

Seeing nothing but a brick wall.

Sparks fly.

But through my eyes.

Not the kinda you dream of.

But the kind you pleed for.

Unbuttoning.

For the last time.

Change of mind.

taken place.

From a mysterious space.

My spades have turned to hearts.
