Paris In April Weather Poem by james watkin

Paris In April Weather

This rain's gleam doth spring
From an enchantment.
Is sun-induced, but in part!
For magnificence itself
Is crowned of that globule art.
And by flourish on flourish
Is heard each current
Of air, that but drably blows.
For upon most sublime of
Fantasies this city rose.
