looking in the reflection
staring back me
are scars of who i used to be
a tear should fall
but i hold back
i'm not like that anymore, at all
finally getting on track
You show me how to get past the scars
how to love me the way you see me
You tell me how much you love me, more than the stars
how much you care about who i'm coming to be
And i'm getting over and getting past the scars
looking in your direction
staring back at me
you say the scars are who i used to be
Now i wont fall
cuz i'm standing
Ready to move on from everything, it all
i'm finally understanding
only you could have saved me
only you could've healed me
only you could've loved me, the way u do
Only you couldve 4given me
Only you couldve taken me
only you couldve believed in me, when i wanted to be through
