Hello Pat, some we met in Nigeria some time age;
You were preparing to visit the U.S.A. by then;
And this was well arranged by your mother.
I hope by now you people are okay over there and,
Even married with children;
But sometimes, do look back to think about us too in Africa.
We do hope you all well over there,
And do think about us too back home;
For life over here isn't all that roses.
