We must travel from darkness to light
To unravell the myth of our journeys from light back to darkness
Yes! Sun and moon must stir same field in dissimilar shines
Sun's darling shine, to cheer lilies to one happy growth
Moon's starry lullabies, to pamper busy minds in restful care.
Yet, fair-sunshine must in fright succumb to a back step
As eerie moon braves in inevitable ascension
For its fair-share of the living-shine.
So, hardwoods must travel through fire to find its own ashes
Roses through season's frowning grace, to a wretched wither
Beauty through graceful age to grief before the beast
Then, this colourful youth must fade from black to grey
Yet, i pledge my eyes to the crest
My zest for the best
Till am blest a wit, to own a reason the world cheers
Let this sick eternity wait in a young haste!
