Pay Attention Poem by Randy McClave

Pay Attention

Cheaters will accuse you of cheating
With their remarks and browbeating,
And their story changes while it's repeating
Their actions are always defeating.

Liars will often accuse you of lying
Sometimes to the story there's theatrics and crying,
Of course they are the ones denying
They only tell the truth when they're dying.

Insecure people make you feel insecure
They love what is obscure,
They constantly need to reinsure
Basically, they are all just being immature.

Pay attention to how people treat you
Pay attention to what they say and what they do,
Sometimes you will see or hear a clue
Their actions is a reflection who they really are too.
