little wash of hands and face
give Peace to our mind
this outer process of peaceful mind
it is temporary
there is permanent process of peaceful mind
it is inner ablution called taubah
in tubah you determine not to commit sin big or small
the most heinous sin is
forgetfulness of GOD in any moment
if you keep GOD in the mind you are the most peaceful man
it is the permanent process of keeping peace
it only keep your nerve CALM
