Peace,2nd Edition, Flowers In Flames

PEACE
MATLOOB BOKHARI
I want to leave the temples, churches, masques
Where people are burning people to see the light
In the luscious forest!
I want to breathe God's love with soft morning light
And want to kneel on spongy grass rather on luxurious rug
I want to wander like clouds kissing mountains so gently
And sing with trees dancing gracefully in pouring rain
See the golden leaves shimmering in the whispering air
In the rain, I want to walk on the pathless woods
And dance with the rhythm of timeless melody of breeze
I want to listen the shepherds' songs among the echoing hills
And sit and see beautiful sunset and colourful sky
I want to listen the deep low pitched murmuring water of streams
And enjoy the earth music and innocent fragrance of flowers
My love! In the valley of roses
I want to see you wearing white roses in your hair
And silvery diamonds around your neck
In the wood, we will roam in the summer midnight
And worship the Maker of Moon with murmuring streams and refreshing rain
Breathe air, drink moonlight, drop cares like autumn leaves
Here we will dwell forever and bury all our worries Under the wings of bees, butterflies and birds
