Perche Moriamo Poem by Theodore Andrews

Perche Moriamo

Perche Moriamo

A thousand words won't bring you back,

I know because I've tried.

And a thousand tears won't bring you back,

I know because I've cried.

I wish that I could bring you back, to see you one last time.

To pull you close and hear your voice,

Then all would be just fine.

Beautiful eulogy well articulated and elegantly brought forth in good rhyme scheme from the heart. A lovely poem indeed. Thanks for sharing Samuel.
