Pillow Duty - Poem by Jonny Brackney

the big creep
will cherish
his precious alone-time.
his only
it's noon
and he's done it
at least 3 times
hunger swells
in his gallivant
falling in love
with each woman
they meet.

and these women
never know
his name.
never notice those
eager eyes.
champing at their

every night
he chooses
to paste upon
his pillow.
