Pitied Cracked Dolls.....For The Love Of G

Rating: 4.5

A heart lays wrenched and lost
Swirled in brash black waves
Such a pity
Such a crime to our lives

We loved
Truly adored those moments tangled in the sheets
Smothering each other in kisses
Smiles
Such a short while....

I lay beguiled
Lost in the belief
That two terribly cracked china fragile dolls might easily yet slowly repair each other
I kissed your glass eye as tears seeped through compassionate moments
You melted

I saw
You knew
Occasionally we barbarically flew
It truly was special
For a glorious short while
That only the luckiest of few
Surely feel such surges of honest understanding?
And I adored you
I'm sure you was aware of that fact
As we commented on each others past horrid memory banks
We tore
Teared
Smiled
Seared

Then Died......

A forcefully sad piece that greater than its darkness is memory of love, understanding, acceptance and sanctuary. So often these flickering lights are ephemeral and yet promise great resilience and longevity, such is life. But know the experiences of care and nurturing and love is to know a seed of difference and lighted positive purpose. While the characters perished from life broken and damaged together they both exited and in that act perhaps delivered into a greater union.
