Place Deep Within
there is a place
you do not see
so far away from reach
and all you seek
to know and hold
to make it right for you
there is a place
where no-one knows
the path the road the key
for it is deep within
my soul
where I don’t wait in queue
there is a place
and there I’m safe
I rest I’m made all new
you cannot know
I go alone
for you would take that too

Hi Robyn - I'm first again! ! ! ! ! Lovely poem - we all need a place that is safe - singular and sacred where we can escape to be alone with our thoughts and our GOD. We all need a 'Deep Place Within' toescape the pressures of daily life and emerged refreshed.
