Please Call Me Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

Please Call Me

Fired, fried!
Bit, bite;
Clock, cock, lock!
Check, cheque;
State, estate!
Come, welcome;
Adrift, drift, rift!
Sale, ale;
Man, mantis!
With the ways of mankind and,
With the muse of your love.
Life!
Water the plants;
With the muse of love.
Life!
Your Story had been written for us to learn;
And, with the muse of your hustle and bustle.
Life!
With the muse of the praying mantis:
But, never give up on your dreams.
Cascade, cadastral!
Poetry is my passion;
Cadenza!
A short passage;
Cadaverous,
Cajole,
cadence.
Sin, sick!
Very clever and intelligent;
Ox, Oxford!
Wind, Windsor;
Weak, wake!
To have a plan for your children;
Sweet, seet, set, we, wet!
Ford, Oxford!
Poetry is my passion;
But, please call me and,
Let me lead you to my home.
