if I knew you knew,
that this smile I'd wear,
is all for you.
This love in my heart,
shouldn't go to waste,
so please my darling,
don't take haste.
Please tell me,
there's love in your heart,
that calls for me,
though we're far apart.
Darling, my darling,
I need you so,
please my darling,
never go.

A nice poem, yearning for reciprocity of love. Please tell me, there's love in your heart, that calls for me, though we're far apart. Darling, my darling, I need you so, please my darling, never go. One feels being wanted, being desired, being sought after, being loved.
